Confirm responsibilities for releases, incidents, security, backup, continuity, data return, and service termination.
  • Governance, standards, and inspection readinessMaintain validation standards, templates, procedures, decision trees, risk models, and training materials. Provide independent Quality review and approval while preserving clear accountability for process owners, system owners, IT, and suppliers. Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, due diligence, and responses to observations. Track and communicate validation metrics, risks, resource needs, and remediation progress to governance bodies.
  • Leadership and capability developmentLead validation workstreams and coach validation specialists, business analysts, testers, process owners, and technical teams. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
