Bilingual Customer Service Agent | Giles Kia Las Cruces, NM | Starting at $13.01/hr + Commission

As our Service Department continues to grow, so does our need to make sure every customer feels heard, understood, and taken care of. We're excited to add a new Bilingual Customer Service Agent to the team at Giles Kia to help support our Spanish speaking customers throughout their service experience. This is a customer focused role for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating, and making every interaction a positive one!

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation and Schedule: This position is starting at $13.01 an hour (plus commission) with a 40 hour work week

What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Agent, you'll assist customers in understanding their service needs and help schedule their appointments for our service advisors.

  • Greet and guide clients over the phone for our service department.
  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Assist clients and service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a service expert.
  • Know the ins and the outs of service offerings.
  • Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
