Sicherheit ist für dich mehr als die Einhaltung von Vorschriften? Dann übernimm als Sicherheitsbeauftragte:r (SiBe) die Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz an unseren Standorten in der Schweiz. Mit deinem Fachwissen sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden in einem sicheren, gesunden und regelkonformen Umfeld arbeiten. Du trägst massgeblich zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Sicherheitskultur bei.

Das kannst du bei uns bewegen

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Themen Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz für unsere Standorte in der Schweiz
  • Du stellst die Organisation der Interventions\- und Ersthelfergruppe am Hauptstandort Schwarzenburg sicher und übernimmst die Zusatzfunktion des Gefahrgutbeauftragten
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie relevanter Normen sicher und entwickelst unser IMS (Integriertes Management System) kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du führst interne wie externe Audits, Schulungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen durch und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ereignissen und Beinahe\-Ereignissen die richtigen Massnahmen abgeleitet und umgesetzt werden
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst sicherheitsrelevante Dokumentationen und Prozesse weiter
  • Du berätst Führungskräfte und Geschäftsleitung als kompetente Ansprechperson in allen Belangen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes
  • Du setzt die Strategie «Vision Zero» um und prägst standortübergreifend die Sicherheitskultur

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit \& Gesundheitsschutz und Gefahrengut
  • Mindestens 3\-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in einem produzierenden Betrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Schweizer Arbeits\- (ArG), Unfallversicherungsgesetz (UVG), der Gefahrgutbeauftragtenverordnung (GGBV / ADR / SDR) sowie der ISO 45001 und der EKAS\-Richtlinien
  • Selbständige methodische Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikation und Überzeugungskraft, Fähigkeit, mit unterschiedlichsten Parteien zusammenzuarbeiten (lokal, global, intern und extern)
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und gute ösischkenntnisse, Englisch ist ein plus
