Willkommen bei der AG. Die \-Gruppe ist eine wachstumsorientierte Unternehmensgruppe im Bereich Bau\- und Ausbaugewerbe mit mehreren Tochtergesellschaften. Wir suchen am Standort Pfäffikon SZ per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine ambitionierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für die neugeschaffene Position als:

HR\-Generalist/in mit Bereichsverantwortung 80\-100% (m/w/d) ============================================================

Das bewegst du

  • Du bist die HR\-Ansprechperson für Geschäftsleitungen, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende deines Bereichs und sorgst dafür, dass Personalthemen dort gelöst werden, wo sie entstehen
  • Du verantwortest die Personaladministration von A bis Z: Verträge, Ein\- und Austritte, Mutationen im Personalstamm, Arbeitsbewilligungen, Quellensteuer
  • Du führst den monatlichen Lohnlauf in Abacus durch
  • Du hältst die geltenden Gesamtarbeitsverträge und das Arbeitsrecht in deinem Bereich ein und erkennst Änderungen, bevor sie zum Problem werden
  • Du rekrutierst selbständig vom Anforderungsprofil bis zum unterschriebenen Vertrag und begleitest das Onboarding in der jeweiligen Unternehmung
  • Du bewirtschaftest Absenzen und Versicherungsfälle (UVG, KTG, EO) und betreust die digitale Zeiterfassung (AbaClik) in deinem Bereich
  • Du führst eigenständig der dir zugeteilten Tochtergesellschaften. Für Stellvertretung, Sparring und die Weiterentwicklung der HR\-Prozesse hast du eine erfahrene Kollegin an deiner Seite.

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und HR\-Weiterbildung (HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. FA oder ähnliche Weiterbildung)
  • Ob du seit 5 oder seit 25 Jahren im HR bist: Entscheidend sind dein Fachwissen, deine Persönlichkeit sowie dein Umgang mit Menschen und nicht dein Jahrgang
  • Sichere Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und in den Sozialversicherungen
  • Routine mit einem HR\-/Lohnsystem (Abacus von Vorteil) und Microsoft 365
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend Voraussetzung; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, genau und terminsicher, bleibst bei Gegenwind sachlich und willst Verantwortung für einen ganzen Bereich; nicht nur für Teilaufgaben
