The posting

We are seeking Expression of Interest from experienced Accountants who are passionate about supporting a purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full month-end close process.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Manage payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Process monthly payroll and related statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in XERO.
  • Support annual audits and the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Respond to finance-related queries and support day-to-day finance operations.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proven experience managing the full month-end close process.
  • Hands-on experience with XERO.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and payroll.
  • Experience in a social enterprise, charity, NGO, or not-for-profit organisation will be highly regarded.
