Deine Aufgaben: ---------------

  • Beurteilung und Bewertung von Bauprojekten, Immobilien und Immobilienportfolios für Finanzierungszwecke
  • Assessment komplexer Bauprojekte bezüglich Vermietbarkeit und Verkäuflichkeit
  • Beobachtung des nationalen Immobilienmarktes mit speziellem Fokus auf die Auswirkungen des Hypothekarportfolios der Kantonalbank
  • Durchführung von Kontroll\- und Überwachungstätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung interner Immobilienbewertungs\- und Immobilienmarkt Expertisen mit Betreuung der eingesetzten Bewertungsmodellen

Dein Profil: ------------

  • Höhere Fachausbildung oder langjährige Praxiserfahrung mit Leistungsausweis
  • 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung mittels unterschiedlicher methodischer Ansätze sowie der Immobilienmarkt Analyse
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der für die Immobilienbewertung relevanten makroökonomischen und modelltechnischen Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung in der Beurteilung von Baukostenplänen sowie der Überwachung von Baufortschritten
  • Erfahrung in portfoliobasierten Immobilienanalysen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
