Als Schweizer High\-Tech\-Unternehmen entwickeln und fertigen wir, die Mecaplex AG, seit über 75 Jahren hochpräzise Flugzeug\- und Helikopterverglasungen für internationale Marktführer. Sicherheit, Innovation und Leidenschaft für technische Exzellenz treiben unsere ca. 50 Mitarbeitende jeden Tag aufs Neue an.

Zur Verstärkung unserer CNC\-Fertigung suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die CATIA CAM\-Programmierung und praktische CNC\-Bearbeitung gleichermassen beherrscht. Im Mittelpunkt steht die präzise Bearbeitung von Plexiglas (PMMA) für Flugzeug\- und Helikopterverglasungen.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson als

Erfahrener Polymechaniker / CNC\-CAM\-Programmierer CATIA 100% (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung von CNC\-Programmen mit CATIA (ca. 30%)
  • Eigenständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen der CNC\-Maschinen (ca. 70%)
  • CNC\-Bearbeitung von Plexiglas (PMMA) für anspruchsvolle Einzelteile, Prototypen und Kleinserien
  • Optimierung von Werkzeugen, Schnittparametern und Bearbeitungsstrategien für Plexiglas
  • Durchführung von Erstteil\-, Mass\- und Qualitätsprüfungen; Behebung von Bearbeitungsproblemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit AVOR und Qualität; optional Konstruktion von Bauteilen und Vorrichtungen in CATIA

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in CNC\-Fertigung und selbständiger CAM\-Programmierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in CATIA CAM oder fundierte CAM\-Erfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in CATIA
  • CATIA 3D\-Konstruktion und Erfahrung in der Kunststoff\- bzw. Plexiglasbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, präzise Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und gute Deutschkenntnisse
