In unserem Geschäftsbereich Autoglas agieren wir als leistungsfähiger Partner des Carrosserie\- und Garagengewebes. In unserem Dienstleistungscenter in Oensingen suchen wir per sofort \& befristet bis Ende April 2027 eine/n:

Sachbearbeiter/In Backoffice Logistik 100 % (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Abwicklung von Wareneingängen sowie Warenausgängen
  • Abwicklung von Produktionsaufträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Organisieren und Koordinieren von Transporten
  • Auswertung und Bereitstellung von Kennzahlen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit (5S) sowie Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Verwaltung von Betriebsmitteln
  • First Level Support Schnittstelle HRL / AKL (Software)
  • Mithilfe bei Inventuren
  • Mitverantwortung Gebäudeunterhalt und Hauswartung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Ausbildung von Lernenden (KV)

Sie bringen mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Auftragsabwicklung
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse und Beherrschen des 10\-Finger\-Systems
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität auch in hektischen Situationen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
