Somos uma Empresa no ramo de Vidros e estamos em busca de uma pessoa Assistente e Logística para fazer parta da nossa equipe. Se você é uma pessoa organizada, atenta aos detalhes, responsáve em Logístical e tem alguma experiência em Logística, esta pode ser a oportunidade perfeita para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejamento de Transporte: Organizar o transporte de vidros, escolhendo rotas mais eficientes e econômicas, bem como coordenar o envio e retorno (se houver) de produtos;Processamento: Fazer e acompanhar ordens de carga e carregamento, assegurando que sejam entregues no prazo e nas condições corretas;Monitoramento e Rastreamento: Utilizar sistemas e tecnologias para monitorar o fluxo de caminhões em tempo real, rastreando o progresso dos envios e identificando possí veixsproblemas;Resolução de Problemas: Identificar e resolver problemas logísticos, como atrasos nas entregas, danos a mercadorias ou problemas com fornecedores;Análises de dados: Coletar e analisar dados logísticos, para identificar áreas de melhorias e eficiência nas operações. Pode também usar esses dados para reduzir os custos operacionais, tornando as operações logísticas mais econômicas sem comprometer a qualidade ou a eficiência;Suporte: Dar suporte operacional e documental à movimentação de mercadorias, assegurando o fluxo eficiente desde a saída da fábrica, até a entrega ao cliente final;Documentos: Controlar vencimentos dos documentos dos veículos, para que não ultrapasse o prazo para efetuar os licenciamentos;Planilhas: Lançar dados em planilhas e sistemas, apoiar a área comercial com informações de rastreamento e realizar relatórios básicos de desempenho logístico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo, desejável estar cursando ou ter concluido ensino superior em Logística ou áreas administrativas;Informática: Domínio de Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e familiaridade ou sistemas de gestão de fábricas;Perfil: Organização, atenção aos detalhes (crucial para documentos), boa comunicação e proatividade para resolver problemas de rotas e entregas.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Cesta básica mensal;Vale Transporte;Café da manhã e almoço no refeitório, oferecidos pela Empresa;Possibilidade de crescimento na empresa e de ampliar suas habilidades;Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;Oportunidade de trabalhar numa empresa em crescimento, com possibilidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.
