Für unseren Customer Service in Frauenfeld suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kommunikative \& engagierte Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter Support, 80 – 100 %

Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt, behältst auch in lebhaften Zeiten den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos läuft? Dann freuen wir uns, dich kennenzulernen.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Du betreust ein zugeteiltes Händlernetzwerk und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Fachpartner – von der Bestellung über Produktanfragen und B2B\-Support bis hin zu Reklamationen
  • Als zentrale Drehscheibe koordinierst du die Auftragsabwicklung und arbeitest eng mit unseren Verkaufsmitarbeitenden, Fachhändlern und internen Stellen zusammen
  • Du erfasst und bearbeitest Bestellungen in unserem ERP\-System, erstellst Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen und behältst Liefertermine zuverlässig im Blick
  • Bei internationalen Lieferungen kümmerst du dich um die notwendigen Export\- und Versanddokumente
  • Bestellungen aus unserem B2B\-Portal sowie E\-Commerce\-Aufträge bearbeitest du selbstständig und effizient
  • Auch bei Anfragen von Endkundinnen und Endkunden bist du kompetente Ansprechperson und findest unkompliziert die passende Lösung
  • Die Kommunikation erfolgt hauptsächlich auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie, abhängig von den zugeteilten Fachhandelspartnern, auf Italienisch oder Spanisch.

Dein Profil -----------

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, Customer Service oder internationalen Warenverkehr
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kommunizierst offen und überzeugst mit einer sympathischen und serviceorientierten
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS\-Office\-Anwendungen und findest dich schnell in digitalen Systemen zurecht
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch. Zusätzlich verfügst du über gute Kenntnisse in Italienisch oder Spanisch.
  • Auch wenn saisonal einmal mehr läuft, behältst du den Überblick, setzt die richtigen Prioritäten und packst flexibel mit an
