Für den Standort im Zürcher Unterland suchen wir eine analytische und initiative Persönlichkeit als:

Financial Controller 100 %

Deine Aufgabe Du übernimmst eine vielseitige Controllingfunktion und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für finanzielle Fragestellungen. Dabei analysierst du die Entwicklung des Unternehmens, bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf und unterstützt Führungskräfte mit aussagekräftigen Zahlen und Analysen.

Das erwartet dich

* Du erstellst und analysierst regelmässige Reports und unterstützt die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse

* Du begleitest Budgetierung, Forecasts und weitere Planungsprozesse

* Du verantwortest das Kostenstellen-, Kosten- und Investitionscontrolling

* Du führst Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und verschiedene Ad-hoc-Analysen durch

* Du entwickelst Reporting- und Controlling-Prozesse weiter und unterstützt deren Automatisierung

* Du arbeitest an Finance-, BI- und Digitalisierungsprojekten mit

* Du erkennst Optimierungspotenzial und setzt Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit den relevanten Fachbereichen um

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Accounting oder Controlling

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld

* Gutes Verständnis für finanzwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Abschlüsse

* Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit BI-Lösungen

* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Freude an Daten, Digitalisierung und der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
