Als Mitglied unseres interdisziplinären Teams erhalten Sie neben Ihrer Tätigkeit im Rechnungswesen auch Einblicke in sämtliche Phasen der Immobilienprojektentwicklung sowie in immobilienökonomische und bau-rechtliche Themenbereiche.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Stadt Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine vife Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an der Immobilien- und Baubranche als

Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen 40 %

Aufgabenbereich

* Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts im Rechnungswesen

* Führen der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* Abwicklung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs

* Überwachung und Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern

* Mitarbeit bei Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive. IC-Abstimmungen

* Mitarbeit in Projekten im Bereich Rechnungswesen

* Allgemeine buchhalterische und administrative Aufgaben

Profil

* Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung Sachbearbeitung Rechnungswesen

* fundierte Berufserfahrung in der (Finanz-)Buchhaltung

* Selbständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
