Unsere Auftraggeberin ist ein etabliertes technisches KMU mit Sitz in der Region March/Höfe. Das Unternehmen bietet technisch anspruchsvolle Maschinen, Anlagen und Systeme, die unter anderem in der industriellen Fertigung, Forschung und Entwicklung sowie Qualitätssicherung eingesetzt werden.

Am Schweizer Standort erwartet dich ein überschaubares und kollegiales Team sowie eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Verkauf, Service und Technik. Zur Verstärkung des Verkaufsteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als:

Technische:r Sachbearbeiter:in Verkaufsinnendienst

Deine Aufgabe Du bist die Drehscheibe zwischen Kunden, Verkauf und Service. Du betreust Kundenanfragen, bearbeitest Angebote und Aufträge und sorgst dafür, dass Bestellungen und Serviceeinsätze zuverlässig abgewickelt werden.

Das erwartet dich

* Du erstellst und bearbeitest Angebote, Aufträge und Rechnungen

* Du betreust Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich und bist Ansprechperson bei Fragen

* Du koordinierst Inbetriebnahme- und Service-Termine mit Kunden und der Serviceabteilung

* Du überwachst Bestellungen und Liefertermine

* Du unterstützt den Verkauf bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt bei Marketingaktivitäten und der Organisation von Messen

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Freude am Kundenkontakt und an einer vielseitigen Drehscheibenfunktion

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office und Excel

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Dienstleistungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
