A GL Capital busca um profissional com sólida experiência contábil e financeira para atuar na estruturação, controle e evolução dos processos de gestão da empresa.

Procuramos alguém com domínio técnico, perfil analítico, organização e autonomia para identificar e solucionar questões que contemplem faturamento, documentos fiscais e contábeis; e com experiência para a transição tributária.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar e analisar DRE, balanços, balancetes e indicadores financeiros.
  • Executar conciliações bancárias, contábeis e financeiras, identificando e corrigindo divergências.
  • Gerenciar fluxo de caixa, contas a pagar e receber e controles de tesouraria.
  • Estruturar orçamentos, centros de custo e análises de resultados.
  • Acompanhar rotinas fiscais e tributárias, com conhecimento em Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real.
  • Apoiar fechamentos contábeis e atuar diretamente com a contabilidade externa.
  • Implantar e aprimorar controles internos e processos financeiros.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis.
  • Experiência sólida e comprovável em contabilidade e gestão financeira.
  • Vivência prática em conciliações, fechamentos contábeis e análise de demonstrações financeiras.
  • Conhecimento aplicado de Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real.
  • Experiência com fluxo de caixa, orçamento e controles financeiros.
  • Excel intermediário a avançado e experiência com sistemas ERP.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em estruturação de processos e controles internos.
  • Conhecimentos em planejamento tributário e reforma tributária.
  • Familiaridade com Conta Azul e ferramentas de BI.
  • Experiencia com auditoria, controles internos e compliance.

Perfil desejado:

Profissional criterioso, organizado, discreto, responsável e analítico, com postura ética, atenção aos detalhes e autonomia para solucionar problemas.

É fundamental ter capacidade de atuar tanto na execução operacional quanto na análise estratégica dos resultados.
