The posting

We are looking for a MAT Leave Class Teacher to join our experienced and supportive teaching team on a part-time basis from February 2027. This is a fixed-term position linked to MAT leave and will continue until the return of the substantive postholder. The post is expected to be for a minimum of six months.

Glen Hills Primary School is a large, welcoming primary school with a strong sense of community. We are an ambitious, values-led school with motivated staff and well-behaved, enthusiastic pupils who are proud of their school. Staff work closely together to provide a calm, purposeful environment where everyone is supported to do their best.

We are part of the Symphony Learning Multi Academy Trust, working collaboratively with other schools to share expertise, professional development and opportunities. Our most recent Ofsted inspection (March 2024) judged the school to be Good, with several Outstanding features, and we are proud of the continued progress we are making together as a school community.

The role will initially be based in Key Stage 1. We welcome applications from teachers who enjoy working across the primary phase.
