Sobre el Equipo

Estamos buscando un IT Project Manager para unirse al equipo de Glintt Next, para llevar a cabo la coordinación, análisis y seguimiento de iniciativas tecnológicas, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los procesos de gobernanza y proporcionando visibilidad sobre el estado de los proyectos a los diferentes stakeholders.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

- Gestionar, coordinar iniciativas y proyectos dentro de la unidad, además de elaborar documentación funcional, procedimientos y materiales de apoyo relacionados con las iniciativas gestionadas.

- Realizar el seguimiento de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, prioridades y objetivos.

- Coordinarse con diferentes áreas y stakeholders para recopilar información, resolver dependencias y dar visibilidad sobre el avance de las iniciativas.

- Analizar requerimientos y participar en el diseño y mejora de procesos internos.

- Preparar presentaciones e informes ejecutivos para distintos foros y comités de seguimiento.

- Identificar, comunicar y escalar bloqueos que puedan impactar en el desarrollo de las iniciativas.

- Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y desviaciones, proponiendo acciones de mitigación.

- Definir, consolidar y analizar métricas e indicadores para facilitar la toma de decisiones.

- Utilizar herramientas de seguimiento y reporting como Jira para garantizar el control y trazabilidad de las iniciativas.

- Impulsar propuestas de mejora continua que ayuden a optimizar los procesos y la operativa de la unidad.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Formación en Ingeniería Informática o similar.

- Base sólida de conocimientos de desarrollo de software, aportando visión y entendimiento de las necesidades de los equipos técnicos.

- Experiencia en gestión, coordinación o seguimiento de proyectos dentro de áreas tecnológicas.

- Experiencia en análisis de requerimientos, documentación y definición de procesos.

- Conocimiento de herramientas de seguimiento y gestión como Jira.

- Experiencia en reporting, métricas, indicadores y elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con múltiples interlocutores y áreas de negocio y tecnología.

VALORAREMOS ESPECIALMENTE

- Experiencia en entornos corporativos complejos, especialmente en banca o aseguradoras.

- Participación en comités de seguimiento, gobernanza o gestión de arquitectura.

- Experiencia en definición y mejora de procesos.

- Conocimiento de la herramienta Bizzdesign Horizzon.
