Estamos buscando un/a B2B Digital Performance Marketing Specialist para unirse al equipo de Glintt España. Serás la voz editorial de nuestra marca en el país y contribuirás a posicionar a Glintt como un referente en el sector hospitalario, farmacéutico y tecnológico.

¿CÓMO TE IMAGINAMOS?

  • Crear, gestionar y optimizar campañas de marketing digital en plataformas como:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads (valorable)
  • Diseñar y gestionar funnels completos de conversión:
  • Anuncio → Landing Page → Lead → Conversión
  • Crear y optimizar landing pages utilizando:
  • WordPress
  • Elementor
  • Gestionar campañas de email marketing y automatización con:
  • Mailchimp

- Generar leads cualificados para el equipo comercial y colaborar estrechamente con ventas para mejorar la calidad y conversión de los leads.

  • Analizar y optimizar métricas de performance:
  • CPL
  • CPA
  • ROI
  • CTR
  • Tasa de conversión

- Elaborar reportes y propuestas de mejora continua basadas en datos.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Experiencia previa en marketing digital orientado a performance y generación de leads B2B.

  • Conocimiento práctico en:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • CRM
  • Mailchimp
  • WordPress y Elementor

- Experiencia creando funnels de conversión y campañas enfocadas en resultados.

- Perfil autónomo, analítico y orientado a datos.

- Capacidad para ejecutar campañas end-to-end y optimizar resultados continuamente.
