Om stillingen: Vi søger dansktalende Kundesupport- og Trust & Safety Agent til et spændende internationalt projekt i Athen. Som medarbejder vil du arbejde med kundesupport og indholdsmoderation for en international SOME-platform, hvor du hjælper brugerne med at navigere og anvende platformen, samtidig med at vi sikrer, at indholdet er lovligt og brugervenligt.

Arbejdsopgaver:

  1. Kundesupport-opgaver: Du vil håndtere chats, e-mails og opkald fra brugere af platformen, som ønsker hjælp og vejledning til bl.a.: Kontoindstillinger, markedsføringsmuligheder, tekniske problemer, refusionsanmodninger, generelle forespørgsler. Arbejdet inkluderer Business Onboarding og Business Integrity workflows, hvor der benyttes foruddefinerede svar til typiske henvendelser.
  2. Trust & Safety - Content moderation: Du vil gennemgå og moderere indhold fra både private og erhvervsbrugere, herunder: Flagget indhold. Spam, phishing og malware. Overtrædelser af platformens retningslinjer. Følsomt eller upassende materiale. Rollen indebærer arbejde i flere systemer samt navigation i en omfattende vidensbase.

Krav

  • Dansk (Modersmål niveau) - Du arbejder på dansk
  • Engelsk på B2-niveau (til træning og interne systemer)
  • Erfaring fra kundeservice er en fordel
  • Er selv bruger af digitale platforme og dermed har kendskab til SOME
  • Stærke skriftlige evner
  • Gode IT-kompetencer, multitasking og høj skrivehastighed
  • At du kan arbejde fuldtid
