Netflix søger passionerede og servicemindede medarbejdere, der vil gøre en forskel for vores danske kunder. Som kundeservicemedarbejder bliver du en del af et dynamisk team, der brænder for at levere en fantastisk streamingoplevelse for brugere verden over. Med din danske ekspertise vil du hjælpe Netflix-brugere fra Danmark med alt fra teknisk support til kontoadministration.

Dine arbejdsopgaver inkluderer:

  • Besvare henvendelser fra danske kunder via telefon, chat og e-mail
  • Hjælpe kunder med problemer omkring kontoadgang, streamingkvalitet og betalinger
  • Løse tekniske udfordringer og give råd om indhold og personlige anbefalinger
  • Være lyttende og problemløsende for at skabe de bedst mulige kundeoplevelser
  • Bliv en del af et internationalt team og få international erfaring på dit CV

Vi søger dig, som:

  • Taler og skriver dansk
  • Behersker engelsk på et professionelt niveau
  • Har gode kommunikationsevner og kan håndtere kunder på en empatisk og effektiv måde
  • Har grundlæggende teknisk forståelse og kan lide at hjælpe andre
  • Er motiveret af at skabe gode kundeoplevelser og har sans for detaljer
