Om stillingen: Kunden er en online bank! Så er du passioneret omkring at hjælpe andre og levere en god oplevelse for folk som har brug for hjælp til online banking? Du bliver en del af et trygt dansk team i et internationalt miljø og tilføjer international arbejdserfaring til dit CV. Vi søger en engageret og serviceorienteret kundeservicemedarbejder, der kan hjælpe os med at levere en god oplevelse til vores kunder.

Dine arbejdsopgaver:

  • Besvare telefonopkald, e-mails og chatforespørgsler fra danske kunder og give dem professionel assistance på dansk
  • Håndtere kundehenvendelser vedrørende produkter, tjenester, garantier og vedligeholdelse.
  • Løse kundernes problemer hurtigt og effektivt, mens du sikrer høj kundetilfredshed.
  • Rådgive kunder om produktfunktioner og fordele, samt hjælpe dem med at træffe informerede beslutninger.
  • Deltage i træningssessioner for at holde dig opdateret om nye produkter, tjenester og virksomhedspolitikker.
  • Bidrage til et positivt arbejdsmiljø og samarbejde effektivt med dine kolleger.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Gode kommunikationsevner på dansk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
  • Engelskkundskaber på et niveau, der gør det muligt at kommunikere i en professionel sammenhæng
  • Erfaring indenfor kundeservice er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  • Problemløsningsorienteret med evne til at håndtere stressede situationer med ro og professionalisme.
  • Teknisk kendskab er et plus, men ikke et krav.
  • Gode IT-kundskaber
  • Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt samt som en del af et team.
  • Fleksibilitet og vilje til at lære og tilpasse sig nye procedurer og politikker.
