Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Besvare henvendelser fra danske kunder via telefon, e-mail og chat.
  • Hjælpe kunder med spørgsmål om produkter, ordrer, levering og returnering.
  • Yde professionel og løsningsorienteret kundeservice.
  • Sikre en positiv kundeoplevelse i alle kontaktpunkter.
  • Samarbejde med et internationalt team i et dynamisk arbejdsmiljø.

Vi søger dig, som

  • Har gode mundtlige og skriftlige danskkundskaber.
  • Har gode engelskkundskaber.
  • Er serviceminded, positiv og god til at kommunikere.
  • Trives i et internationalt miljø og har lyst til at bo i udlandet.
  • Har grundlæggende IT-færdigheder og er klar til at lære nye systemer.
  • Tidligere erfaring med kundeservice er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
