Are you a skilled communicator with great customer contact, do you have flair for software and do you dream of working in one of Europe's most historic and charming cities?

We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Icelandic-speaking customer service agent to join us in Greece!

Workplace: From our office in Athens, Greece️ Start Date: In 2026 - To be discussed

As a Technical support agent, you’ll be part of a dynamic Icelandic team, handling inquiries from customers for a big international brand .

Your primary tasks will include:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.- Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.- Recording and updating customer data in our system.

Qualifications:- Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic (written and spoken).- English C1 level.- Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.- Good technical skills.
