The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in FMV processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED), imagery analysis, geospatial intelligence, and intelligence support to Special Operations Forces (SOF).

Essential Job Functions:

Conduct full-spectrum FMV analysis through Phases I–III of the Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) cycle in support of operational requirements.

Exploit, analyze, and interpret FMV, imagery, and geospatial intelligence to produce timely, accurate, and mission-focused intelligence products.

Prepare and deliver written intelligence reports, operational briefings, and analytical presentations.

Perform advanced FMV and imagery analysis in support of multiple Department of Defense organizations and Special Operations missions.

Apply the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze (F3EA) methodology to identify patterns of life, track targets, and develop actionable intelligence.

Utilize advanced geospatial analysis techniques and intelligence tools to support targeting, mission planning, and operational decision-making.

Maintain situational awareness of ongoing operations and rapidly adapt analytical efforts to evolving mission requirements.

Demonstrate proficiency in intelligence collection management, target analysis, and operational reporting.

Collaborate effectively with intelligence analysts, operators, and leadership personnel in a high-tempo operational environment.

Serve as, or be prepared to deploy as, an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) in support of operational missions.

Required Skills:

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility/access (TS/SCI) required.

Minimum of four (4) years of recent FMV or IMINT analysis experience supporting intelligence or operational missions.

Minimum of six (6) years of experience in operational or tactical intelligence, targeting, geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), or a related intelligence discipline.

Candidates with a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on FMV analysis experience supporting Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) missions may be considered as meeting the FMV experience requirement.

Completion of a U.S. Government-approved ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) training program.

Thorough understanding of FMV Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) processes.

Strong knowledge of intelligence reporting standards, geospatial intelligence methodologies, and operational analysis.

Experience supporting intelligence operations in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief intelligence products to operational and senior leadership audiences.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within multidisciplinary operational teams.

Typing proficiency of 35 words per minute (WPM) or greater.

Active U.S. Passport with the ability to travel internationally.

Ability and willingness to deploy, as required, in support of operational mission requirements.

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting USSOCOM, JSOC, or other Special Operations Forces (SOF) organizations.

Experience applying the F3EA targeting methodology in operational environments.

Familiarity with FMV exploitation platforms, geospatial intelligence systems, ISR mission management tools, and intelligence databases.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
