The posting

Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform for global direct-to-consumer e-commerce, enabling brands and retailers to seamlessly sell worldwide, delivering localized experiences across markets.

Trusted by some of the world’s most recognized brands including Adidas, Alo Yoga, Logitech, Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, and Victoria’s Secret, we operate on a massive global scale through dynamic teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Our technology-based end-to-end solution combines advanced localization capabilities, streamlined global operations and extensive big-data analytics, covering everything merchants need to scale worldwide. We’re a fast-moving, highly collaborative company where innovation, creativity, ownership, and impact are part of everyday work.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the next generation of our e-commerce and post-purchase platform.

In this role, you will own complex product areas used by thousands of merchants and millions of shoppers. You will work closely with enterprise customers, engineering, design, operations, professional services and commercial teams, taking products from customer problem and discovery through definition, delivery, rollout, adoption and continuous improvement.

This is a highly hands-on role for a Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems, diving into details, working closely with customers and engineering, and taking full ownership of outcomes.

Description:

  • Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through requirements, development, UAT, rollout, adoption and measurement.
  • Work directly with enterprise merchants and internal customer-facing teams to understand complex business needs and translate them into scalable, reusable product capabilities.
  • Build products and experiences across the e-commerce and post-purchase lifecycle, including areas such as returns, exchanges, refunds, shipping, order management and merchant operations.
  • Work on complex integrations with e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, APIs and other parts of the Global-e ecosystem.
  • Balance merchant requirements, shopper experience, operational complexity, technical constraints and business impact when making product decisions.
  • Turn high-touch customer requirements into scalable product solutions rather than one-off implementations.
  • Define clear product requirements and detailed specifications while partnering closely with engineering and design throughout execution.
  • Use product data, customer feedback and business metrics to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
  • Define and monitor relevant KPIs, including adoption, completion rates, operational efficiency, merchant satisfaction and business impact.
  • Own product quality beyond development completion, including UAT, rollout strategy, monitoring, feedback and iteration.
  • Work effectively in an environment that includes roadmap initiatives alongside customer escalations, operational needs and evolving business priorities.
  • Use AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle, including discovery, research, analysis, specifications, prioritization, prototyping and delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in complex software products.
  • B2B or B2B2C SaaS experience - Must.
  • Experience with e-commerce, commerce infrastructure or enterprise software - Strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading large and complex product initiatives from discovery through successful production rollout.
  • Strong ownership mentality and the ability to drive initiatives forward independently.
  • Strong customer orientation, including experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating their needs into scalable products.
  • Strong technical orientation and the ability to work effectively on APIs, integrations, data flows and complex SaaS systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to understand problems, make decisions and measure product success.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively across strategic initiatives, customer needs, technical constraints and operational requirements.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and ability to dive into technical and product details when needed.
  • Experience using AI tools across the product development lifecycle, including AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
