Description de tâches:Aujourd'hui, nous exploitons plusieurs bâtiments au Luxembourg (Nord et Sud) et nous voulons aller plus loin : développer cette activité, la moderniser et en faire un acteur de la transition énergétique.Pour porter cette ambition, nous recherchons un Chef de projets capable de piloter l'exploitation existante tout en construisant les projets de demain.Votre mission:Organiser, animer et manager l'équipe pour répondre aux impératifs des projets qui lui sont confiés :Réaliser l'allocation optimale des ressources sur les différents projets ;Établir les programmes de travail en tenant compte des aspects essentiels pour garantir l'équilibre entre les moyens requis et les moyens disponibles ;Gérer et animer les collaborateurs travaillant sur un projet : communication d'équipe, formation, développement de la dynamique d'équipe, évaluation des collaborateurs ;Diriger et évaluer l'exécution par rapport aux buts poursuivis et aux programmes de travail arrêtés et corrigés.Gérer les projets conformément au cahier des charges et au budget :Définir les organigrammes projet et établir les fiches de poste ;Prendre en charge, dès la signature du contrat, les installations et infrastructures conformément aux procédures en vigueur et contrôler le journal d'exploitation ;Piloter et contrôler la qualité ainsi que le bon déroulement des activités liées au projet ;Assurer le suivi financier des activités liées aux projets ;Évaluer les coûts et les budgets ;Adapter les instructions aux spécificités des différents contrats ;Optimiser la gestion des énergies et de l'eau ;Assurer le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures et la gestion des stocks de pièces ;Être membre actif d'un ou plusieurs centres de compétences et suivre régulièrement des formations spécifiques à ces activités.Définir les axes potentiels de développement d'un marché chez un client :Établir une offre ou un contrat de service ;Réaliser des visites régulières pour bien appréhender les besoins et attentes du client.Votre profil:Diplôme de niveau Bac +2 en technique du bâtiment avec une formation complémentaire en gestion de projets ;Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion de projets ;Rigueur et motivation, créativité et originalité scientifique, qualité rédactionnelle, capacité de synthèse, sens des priorités et sens des relations humaines ;Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques : Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint ; la connaissance de pit-FM et Batpro est souhaitable ;Langues : français et allemand courants ; la pratique du luxembourgeois et de l'anglais est souhaitable.Ce que nous vous offrons:En nous rejoignant, vous bénéficiez :Des moyens et des perspectives de l'un des principaux groupes énergétiques du Luxembourg ;D'un rôle à fort impact, à la croisée de l'exploitation, du développement et de la transition énergétique ;D'équipements modernes et d'outils digitaux ;D'un accompagnement qui mise sur votre autonomie, la collaboration et le développement de vos compétences.
