任职要求 1、本科及以上学历。 2、5年以上人力资源相关工作经验，有招聘、培训、薪酬绩效或员工关系模块深度实操经验。 3、熟悉国家及地方人力资源管理相关法律法规、政策及行业工具，具备扎实的人力资源专业功底，能独立处理复杂人力管理问题。 4、具备较强的数据分析能力、方案设计与落地能力。 5、具备优秀的沟通表达、逻辑思维及跨部门协作能力，责任心强、抗压性好，有良好的职业素养和服务意识
