1、一本及以上学历； 2、5年以上人力资源相关工作经验，有制造业HRBP经验优先。 3、熟悉国家及地方人力资源管理相关法律法规、政策及行业工具，具备扎实的人力资源专业功底，能独立处理复杂人力管理问题。 4、具备较强的数据分析能力、方案设计与落地能力。 5、具备优秀的沟通表达、逻辑思维及跨部门协作能力，责任心强、抗压性好，有良好的职业素养和服务意识。
