1. 参与公司年度内部审计计划的制定与实施，涵盖财务审计、内控审计、合规审计及专项审计等工作； 2. 对制造业核心业务流程进行审计评估，包括但不限于： • 采购与供应链管理 • 生产成本核算与存货管理 • 销售与应收账款管理 • 固定资产及工程项目管理 3. 评估公司内部控制体系的健全性与有效性，识别经营及管理风险，提出改进建议； 4. 负责审计底稿编制、问题汇总及审计报告撰写，推动审计整改落实并进行跟踪； 5. 配合外部审计机构（会计师事务所、监管机构等）开展相关审计与检查工作； 6. 完成领导交办的其他审计及风险管理相关工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，会计、审计、财务管理、经济类相关专业； 2. 3年以上相关工作经验（审计专员可放宽至2年）： • 会计师事务所审计经验优先； • 上市公司或制造业企业内审经验优先； 3. 熟悉中国会计准则、审计准则及上市公司相关法律法规； 4. 了解制造业业务流程，具备成本核算、存货管理、内控流程相关审计经验； 5. 具备良好的数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel、ERP系统（SAP/用友/金蝶等）； 6. 逻辑清晰、原则性强，具备较好的沟通协调与问题推动能力； 7. 具备CPA、CIA、ACCA等专业证书者优先。
