1. 全面负责工厂安全、环保、消防、职业健康管理体系搭建与落地执行，对安全管理工作负直接管理责任。 2. 组织制定/修订安全管理制度、操作规程、应急救援预案，并监督各部门严格执行。 3. 负责危险作业审批（动火、受限空间、高处、临时用电、吊装、盲板抽堵等），开展日常安全巡检、隐患排查与闭环治理。 4. 组织安全培训、应急演练、安全宣传教育，提升全员安全意识与应急处置能力。 5. 对接应急管理、生态环境、消防等政府部门，完成各类检查、上报、验收与取证工作。 6. 牵头安全事故调查、原因分析、制定整改与预防措施，按规定上报并建立事故档案。 7. 负责危化品储存、使用、运输全流程安全管控，监督三废处理、环保排放合规达标。 8. 参与新建/改建/扩建项目安全设计审查、竣工验收，落实安全“三同时”要求。

1. 学历与专业：化工、安全工程、环境工程等相关专业，大专及以上学历。 2. 行业经验：5年及以上化工/精细化工/煤化工/石化企业安全管理经验，有化工厂同岗位管理经验优先。 3. 必须持有注册安全工程师证书（化工专业） 4. 熟悉国家安全生产法律法规、危化品安全管理条例、应急管理规范、环保合规要求。 5. 具备隐患识别、风险评估、应急指挥、事故处理能力，沟通协调与抗压能力强。 6. 作风严谨、原则性强，能坚守安全红线，具备良好的文字与报表编写能力。
