1. 前台接待与形象管理： * 热情、专业地接待国内外来访客人，并按要求进行登记、引导和通知。 * 接听电话，准确转接、留言并处理一般性查询，展现公司专业形象。 * 维护前台、会议室、接待区等区域的整洁、有序和环境美观。 2. 行政事务支持： * 重点管理国际/国内快递（如DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF等）的寄送、跟踪、对账工作，熟悉外贸快递流程。 * 管理会议室预约，协调会议资源，并做好会前准备（如布置会议室、准备茶点等）。 * 负责办公用品、后勤物资的采购申请、库存管理和发放。 * 协助组织公司活动、会议及接待。 3. 后勤保障支持： * 协调物业、保洁等后勤服务单位，确保办公环境良好。 * 协助完成其他行政相关的文书、资料整理工作。 4. 业务相关支持： * 为客户或海外来访者提供基本的接待和支持。

1.本科及以上学历，行政管理、文秘、商务英语或相关专业优先。 2. 一年以上前台或行政助理工作经验，有外贸、国际贸易或外资企业工作经验者优先。 3.形象端庄大方，气质佳，身高160cm以上，具备良好的职业素养和亲和力。 4.具备优秀的沟通能力和服务意识，具备基础的商务接待经验。 5.熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）。 6.工作细致认真，责任心强，有条理性，具备良好的应变能力和多任务处理能力。
