1.负责生产工艺相关装备的流体机理分析与优化设计； 2.负责搭建生产线振动与冲击检测系统、数采与分析，主导振动与冲击优化技术方案的设计、仿真与验证； 3.负责生产线风力场、温度场、压力场的仿真分析，研究生产线热效率提升； 4.基于分析结果独立或配合团队进行设备改造优化设计和新结构开发； 5.结合生产现场数据，建立仿真模型与实验验证机制，推进工程应用落地； 6.参与新设备、新工艺的技术方案制定，输出分析报告、优化建议、试验方案及标准化技术文件； 7.跟踪流体、热工、仿真分析及节能装备方向的新技术、新方法； 8.协同设备、工艺、生产团队推进产线关键单元的研发升级；

1、本科及以上学历，力学相关专业（流体力学、空气动力学、工程热力学、工程力学、冲击力学等）、热能与动力工程、振动工程、航空航天类、化工过程机械、机械工程等相关专业，有相关行业研发经验者优先，有多相流、自由液面、传热耦合、流固耦合分析经验者优先； 2.熟悉CFD仿真分析流程，能够熟练使用 Fluent/CFX/COMSOL/STAR-CCM+ 等软件； 3.能够熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks、ANSYS、Abaqus等进行分析与设计； 4.具备工程问题抽象与落地能力，能够推动仿真结果向设备结构优化和工艺改善转化； 5.熟悉 Python/MATLAB 数据处理或参数优化经验者优先； 6.工作严谨务实，具备较强的责任心、创新意识和现场问题解决能力；
