1、协助安环总监推进工厂安全、环保、消防、职业健康管理体系的日常运行与持续改进，对分管范围内的安全管理工作负直接执行责任。 2、参与制定/修订安全管理制度、操作规程、应急救援预案，并组织落实各项管理要求，监督各部门日常执行情况。 3、具体负责危险作业现场审核与过程监管（动火、受限空间、高处、临时用电、吊装、盲板抽堵等），组织开展日常安全巡检、隐患排查，推动整改措施闭环管理。 4、组织实施安全培训、应急演练、安全宣传教育，负责员工安全技能提升与班组安全建设。 5、对接应急管理、生态环境、消防等政府部门的具体事务性工作，按要求完成资料报送、系统填报、现场迎检准备等工作。 6、参与安全事故现场处置、调查与原因分析，协助制定整改与预防措施，跟进整改落实，按要求建立事故档案。 7、负责危化品储存、使用、运输环节的日常安全管控，监督三废处理与环保排放设施运行情况，确保合规。 8、参与新建/改建/扩建项目的安全设计审查与竣工验收，配合落实安全“三同时”要求，提出专业意见。

1、学历与专业：化工、安全工程、环境工程等相关专业，大专及以上学历。 2、行业经验：3年及以上化工/精细化工/煤化工/石化企业安全管理经验，具有同岗位或安全主管经验者优先。 3、持有注册安全工程师证书（化工专业）者优先。 4、熟悉国家安全生产法律法规、危化品安全管理条例、应急管理规范及环保合规基本要求。 5、具备隐患排查、风险评估、现场应急处理、事故调查基础能力，沟通协调能力良好，执行力强。 6、工作严谨、原则性强，具备较强的责任心与现场问题解决能力，能够独立完成安全相关报表与报告编写。
