1.教育背景：全日制法律相关专业本科及以上学历，通过国家司法考试者优先考虑，具备扎实的法律专业知识和理论基础。 2.语言能力：能以英语作为工作语言，精通英语听说读写。 3.专业经验：熟悉国际法、海商法或具有相关工作经验者优先。 4.职业素养：具备较强的抗压能力和敬业精神，面对高强度的工作和复杂的法律问题能够保持积极的工作态度。 5.综合能力：能够与不同部门、不同背景的人员进行有效的沟通协作，能接受出差。
