1.学历要求：全日制本科学历及以上，具备扎实的法学专业知识，熟悉合同法、公司法、劳动法、知识产权法等相关法律法规；通过国家法律职业资格考试者优先。 2.技能水平：具备优秀的法律文书写作能力，能够熟练起草、审核各类合同、法律意见书、诉讼文书等；具备较强的逻辑思维能力和分析判断能力，能够准确分析法律问题，提出合理的解决方案；具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作。 3.经验背景：有律师事务所、企业法务部门工作经验者优先；具备处理实际法律事务的经验，能够独立完成合同审核、法律咨询等工作任务。 4.职业道德：具有高度的责任心和敬业精神，工作严谨细致，坚持原则，保守公司商业秘密；具备良好的职业道德和职业操守，维护公司的合法权益和形象。
