岗位职责： 1. 在生产副总经理领导下，负责组织拟定生产部门的管理标准、管理流程、作业指导书、检修工艺流程等，贯彻、监督公司相关管理制度，对制度执行情况进行检查、考核，不断总结分析制度执行中存在的问题，对制度提出修改意见； 2. 负责根据公司下达的年度任务目标情况，分解到单位和个人，并对生产部门的各岗位工作进行考核监督并指导改善； 3. 在生产副总的领导下，负责生产安全技术监督工作，随时掌握运行情况和设备状况，督促检修人员消除设备缺陷，处理运行中出现的问题；对主要设备的重大操作亲自指导； 4. 负责指导各专业工程师技术工作，提升专业技能和综合素质，为运行、检修人员提供技术支持； 5. 协助生产副总做好生产设备管理工作，包括生产设备日常检查管理，生产设备的大、小修及生产设备的维护考核工作； 6. 组织全厂安全、环保工作计划的编制、审核及监督落实，保证现场安全生产，严防安全事故的发生； 7. 负责审核部门设备、耗材、备品配件使用和采购审批，保证备品备件的库存合理及生产运行的正常运作； 8. 负责生产部门的安全教育与培训工作。组织部门日常安全检查和不定期抽查，对发现的不安全现象和因素组织调查和分析，并制定相应改进措施，监督执行落实； 9. 负责组织生产人员的培训考核工作。汇编部门年度、月度培训计划及员工梯队培训计划，监督计划的执行情况，并对培训效果进行考核，做好生产技术人员梯队的选拔和培养； 10. 负责组织部门技术改造方案的编制、实施及预算控制工作， 并根据项目技改情况进行总结分析； 11. 负责生产管理部门的内部管理工作，确定明确本部门各岗位的岗位职责，严格落实岗位责任制，营造部门文化，激励和创造优秀团队； 12. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，热能动力、电力系统及相关专业，年龄40岁以下； 2、5年以上热电厂现场生产管理经验，具有企业管理、生产管理、产品管理、质量管理、设备管理等相关专业知识； 3、熟悉生产计划、调度、统计方式方法； 4、较强的口头表达能力和组织协调能力； 5、较强的分析能力、应变能力和决策能力； 6、 较强的管理技能和人际关系技能。
