岗位职责： 1、全面负责电厂的筹备及建设工作，组织建立和完善公司各项管理制度及规范； 2、主持热电厂日常经营管理工作，全面负责公司安全生产运行、设备管理和成本管理； 3、贯彻执行国家相关法律、法规及电力行业标准、环保行业标准、上级公司有关规章制度； 4、负责热电厂各项生产经营目标的制定与执行，确保电厂各项经营目标的完成； 5、主持热电厂生产设备安全、环保、成本、会议、检修等日常例行工作，确保电厂机组安全、环保、高效、稳定运行； 6、负责组织生产系统运行检修，定期分析生产运行情况，开展节能降耗，提高经济效益； 7、负责热电厂人员团队建设，发展和培养骨干员工及技术人员，不断提高员工职业素质和电厂整体素质； 8、负责与相关政府部门、合作单位的关系维护、沟通协调工作，创造良好的外部环境；

任职要求： 1、本科以上学历，热能动力、电力系统及相关专业，年龄40岁以下； 2、10年以上热电厂工作经验，五年以上热电厂厂长或生产副总等管理岗位，具有丰富的电厂建设、电厂管理、技术改造经验，能够主持完成各类大修、改造工作； 3、系统全面掌握热电厂各环节工作要点，能够对运行、设备、检修、成本、安全、环保进行控制与管理； 4、熟悉国家及行业有关电力系统相关的法律、规程、规范，熟悉锅炉、汽轮发电机组、烟气超低排放等相关专业技能，精通炉、机、电等核心技术； 5、具有强烈的事业心，卓越的领导能力、组织管理、沟通协调和执行能力，高度敬业的责任心和良好的团队合作精神。
