任职要求： 1、全日制统招一本及以上学历，人力资源或管理专业优先； 2、人力资源六大模块至少精通和擅长2个模块及以上或两年以上HRBP经验； 3、组织诊断、人才盘点经验与能力，能分析组织发展痛点并给予解决方案； 4、较强的沟通协调能力，人才梯队搭建和赋能培训能力； 5、较强的业务熟悉和萃取能力和影响力。
