1、本科及以上学历，金融、管理、经济学、财务、法律、经管类/财经分析等相关专业优先； 2、1 - 3年及以上相关工作经历，A股上市公司投资者关系管理经验、券商分析师工作经验者优先； 3、性格活泼、开朗，易与别人沟通交流，具备持续的市场拓展能力、较强的工作责任心、沟通协调能力、人际交往能力和团队协作能力 ；能够适应快节奏的工作环境，有较强的抗压能力和自驱力。
