1. 本科及以上学历，社会学/公共管理硕士优先，持社工师/项目管理证书优先； 2. 有专职公益事业经验或企业社会责任相关工作经验优先， 应届生均可； 3. 具备优秀的决策能力和团队协作能力，拥有良好的沟通能力、资源整合能力和问题解决能力。 4. 认同基金会的价值观和公益使命，富有社会责任感和爱心。 5. 了解公益领域的政策法规、行业趋势和最佳实践。具有丰富的公益事业经验或企业社会责任相关工作经验。
