The posting

1、工艺设计与优化：负责制定对接销售相关 PP/PE 清洗线询盘的整体工艺方案，包括化学清洗（如特定清洗剂的选择与使用）、物理清洗（如超声清洗参数设定）、漂洗及干燥等全流程设计。熟悉各种清洗单机设备参数、性能，同时能够持续优化清洗单机设备、工艺参数，以提高 PP/PE 材料的清洗效果，确保表面洁净度符合高标准，同时最大程度减少对材料的损伤，降低次品率。​ 2、协助生产：协助生产技术团队完成相关设备生产、制作。 3、设备安装和调试：协助完成新设备的安装、调试及验收工作，持续跟进客户，完成售后相关问题处理，持续完善方案。​ 4、文件编制与培训：负责编写完善 PP/PE 清洗线相关的工艺文件，如工艺流程图等，共同完成说明书，维护手册等文件，并确保文件的准确性和可操作性。用来对客户进行定期的工艺培训，同时，为新员工提供入职培训，促进销售等人员相关知识学习。​

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，机械工程及其自动化、化学工程与工艺、材料科学与工程、高分子材料等相关专业优先。​ 2、工作经验：具有 3 年以上 PP/PE 整线清洗线工艺相关工作经验，多条成功方案完成落地运营，有清洗线运营经验者优先考虑。 专业技能：​ 3、精通 PP/PE 材料的特性及清洗工艺原理，熟悉常见的清洗单机设备参数性能。​ 4、熟悉新产品研发流程，具备较强的创新意识和能力，能够积极探索新的清洗技术和工艺方法。​ 6、工具与软件：熟练使用 SolidWorks、CAD 等绘图软件，能够绘制工艺流程图和设备布局图。掌握常用的办公软件，如 Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等，具备良好的数据处理和文档撰写能力。​ 7、其他能力：具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作。工作认真负责，具有较强的责任心和执行力，能够承受一定的工作压力。具备良好的学习能力和自我提升意识，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能，适应公司业务发展的需求。
