Gestão de Equipe: Liderar, motivar e desenvolver a equipe de consultores de vendas, garantindo um alto nível de desempenho e engajamento; Identificar necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento para a equipe, proporcionando sessões de capacitação e coaching contínuos; Realizar avaliações periódicas de desempenho dos colaboradores e fornecer feedback construtivo.
