Ihre Aufgaben:

Gestalten Sie die Zukunft des internationalen Kreditorenmanagements aktiv mit. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Führung eines internationalen Teams, treiben die Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung voran und haben die Chance, sich langfristig in eine globale Führungsfunktion weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines internationalen Accounts-Payable-Teams
  • Harmonisierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Kreditorenprozesse innerhalb des Shared Service Centers sowie die Weiterentwicklung und Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von KPIs
  • Mitwirkung bei internationalen ERP-Rollouts und Unterstützung der gesamten Finance Transformation sowie der konzernweiten Implementierung von End-to-End-Prozessen und einer damit zusammenhängenden globalen Verantwortung
  • Steuerung der Accounts-Payable-Aufgaben im Rahmen der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der lokalen Gesellschaften

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie einschlägige und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI oder vergleichbar)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise; erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative, kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmentalität sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationskompetenzen

Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis für eine Anstellung in Österreich:

Das Mindestentgelt entspricht gem. Kollektivvertrag IT (ST2) € 64.554 ,-/ p.a. auf Vollzeitbasis und bei 14 Bezügen. Den tatsächlichen höheren Wert legen wir in einem gemeinsamen Gespräch fest. Die weitere Entgeltdynamik richtet sich an der individuellen Entwicklung.
