The posting

📍 Location: Bismarck, ND 🕒 Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Every Other Weekend Required ⏳ Hours: 36 – 48 Hours/Week 🏡 Housing: Provided Pay Range: $22 – $28 per hour (based on experience & shift)

Overview: Looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support day shift operations in a long-term care setting. This role includes every other weekend and requires a compassionate, patient-focused caregiver.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities (ADLs)
  • Provide mobility support and hygiene assistance
  • Record and report resident conditions
  • Foster a respectful, safe care environment

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification in North Dakota
  • Prior LTC experience highly desirable
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Availability for rotating weekends
