Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

📍 Location: Mount Olive, NC 🕒 Shifts Available:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem Start Date: June 20, 2025 Pay Range: $22 – $28 per hour (based on experience & shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team at a reputable skilled nursing facility in Mount Olive, NC. This facility focuses on short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, offering a supportive environment where your role will make a lasting impact.

As a CNA, you will provide direct care to residents, support their activities of daily living (ADLs), and work collaboratively with nurses and clinical staff to ensure the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with grooming, hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding
  • Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition
  • Provide mobility assistance and ensure resident safety
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families
  • Document care activities in accordance with facility policy

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification in North Carolina
  • Current TB test and physical (or willingness to obtain)
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a team and take initiative
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
