Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem Start Date: June 20, 2025

Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced LPNs to provide compassionate and comprehensive care in a skilled nursing facility in Mount Olive, NC. This facility specializes in short-term rehab and long-term residential care. Whether you're seeking a stable full-time role or flexible PRN shifts, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
  • Provide wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management
  • Supervise CNAs and other support staff
  • Document all care provided accurately and promptly
  • Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in North Carolina
  • Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing or LTC experience preferred
  • CPR certification (BLS preferred)
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
