Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift position in Far Rockaway, NY. As an LPN, you will deliver exceptional patient care in a long-term care environment, supporting both patients and the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents’ health and report changes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Active NY LPN license
  • Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
  • CPR certification
  • Must reside locally to be eligible
