Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality patient care in accordance with care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Comply with state and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid and active state license or certification (LPN, RN, or CNA)
  • Minimum 6 months of clinical experience preferred
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
