📍 Location: Lancaster, PA 🕒 Shift: Variable Days | 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week

Overview: Seeking a reliable and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a rehabilitation assignment in a skilled nursing environment. Support patient mobility and recovery under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic exercises and mobility training
  • Document patient progress and response to treatment
  • Follow PT plan of care and adjust activities accordingly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

  • Active PTA license in Pennsylvania
  • LTC/SNF experience preferred
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
