Brand Mgmt Associate needs 2-3 years' experience

Requires:

Licensing experience

Brand Management experience

Product development experience in accessory industry

Knowledgeable in product briefs creation for cross-functional teams, outlining strategies, positioning, concept, and inspiration

Knowledgeable on aesthetic aspects of product development

Experienced in licensing and or brand management

Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment

Highly detail oriented. Ability to handle several tasks/assignments simultaneously and to maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Excellent communications, organizational, presentation and project management skills

Business acumen and strong analytical skills

Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point

Proficient in building charts and pivot tables in excel

Duties:

Stock, maintain and clean sunglasses and fixtures on Disney property

Follow Disney's strict appearance and conduct guidelines

Maintain and clean all sunglasses and fixtures daily

Complete inventory when required

Must be able to follow Planogram set up

Keep stock areas neat and clean at all times

Job scope is subject to change based on business needs

Work in all type of weather

Ability to work on your own without constant supervision
