Digital Designer- UX/UI requires:

  • Design products with the end-user in mind.
  • Collect data and ideas from the target user.
  • Research brands, culture, products and marketing.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including fields tests to unlock potential opportunities then ensure they meet the user's needs.
  • Satisfying the end-user is the goal and this requires collaboration and influence.
  • Collab with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to plan research initiatives
  • Define research goals
  • Define workstream plan and timeline
  • Deploy the right research methods
  • Collect data and perform interviews - Synthesize data - Storytelling and influencing with your insights
